It's evocative of a clambake at sundown in California in the late '70s. The straps and trim are made of high-grade quality Italian leather. The carriers feel so buttery soft because the body material is made of linen and cotton. A water proof PVC coating in the back lends strength to the fabric. However, it is not advisable to bring the Active out into a downpour or for any rough and tumble activities.
