New panel will help draft rules for dogs (Louisville Courier-Journal)
Dog enthusiasts will sit on an advisory panel to help the Louisville Metro Council come up with a plan for controlling dangerous dogs. Councilwoman Cheri Bryant Hamilton, the lead sponsor on a proposed dangerous-dog ordinance, said she plans to announce creation of the panel today and will probably include about a half-dozen people on it.
