The Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control will offer free microchips and lifetime registrations for dogs owned by residents of unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. The Agoura animal shelter, which is located at29525 Agoura Road, will host a microchip clinic from 1 to 3 p.m. today, Thurs., Jan. 11.
