A woman was arrested Wednesday after a domestic dispute in which two chained dogs were stabbed, authorities say. Samantha Chantel Edwards, 20, of Hill Top Road, Lexington, was charged with ill treatment of animals, assault and battery with intent to kill, and malicious injury to personal property, the Lexington County Sheriff s Department said.
